Description:

An opportunity to own one of the few limited-edition Atmos PRESTIGE models from the 1980s: This "ATMOS Prestige" was listed in the catalogs from 1981 and 1988 and was limited to 3,000 pieces. This is model number 0568. The model borrows from the design of the first Reutter clocks from the 1930s, as seen in the faceted dials and the richly detailed case.

This example was built in 1983.

The pictures show the clock in every detail.

The dial is flawless, the Roman numerals are beautifully black, and the Breguet hands are black.

Dimensions: HxWxD: approx. 27x17x16cm, making the Prestige taller than a Classic Atmos model.

This Atmos Prestige has been fully refurbished to original manufacturer specifications :

- completely disassembled and serviced

- checked the pressure chamber; it works perfectly

- cleaned and carefully polished the case

- very carefully serviced, cleaned, and reassembled the movement

- completely re-adjusted and timed the clock

- polished all glass panes.
